Hello, mod team! I have a few questions about robots, specifically the hosts from HBO's Westworld in case y'all are canon familiar.
1) Hosts are androids whose internal systems can be accessed via tablets, which iirc rely on a Bluetooth connection between the tablet and the host. If, say, a host came in with one of these tablets in their inventory, would it still be capable of connecting to the host? Since it'd be a personal area network that doesn't require an internet connection? Or would the tablets be isolated like cell phones are? 1a.) If not, is a working tablet something I could hypothetically purchase as an activity reward?
2) Hosts have this inconvenient bit of programming that makes them physically incapable of noticing things like 20th century technology or anything that would clue them in that the Wild West Murder Disneyland they live in is not real. It's definitely something I can work around, but I was wondering if it's possible the hospital (or whomever) would have taken out that bit of code when they gave him false memories, or perhaps redirected it to apply to Wayward Pines, i.e. making him unable to notice anything amiss with Wayward Pines instead.
